This exploration of the myth of Inanna is a preparatory offering for the Greater Mysteries experience at Widow Jane Mine, September 26th and 27th.
The Sumerian myth of the goddess Inanna describes the sacred cycle of transformation that we all move through: birth, life, death, and rebirth. This myth seeded the creation of Greater Mysteries and can help you trace the arc of transformation in your own life.
We'll draw on the power of myth, conversation, journaling, and ritual to step into a mythic space together and seed your psyche for deeper engagement with the Greater Mysteries ritual-performance.
Previous knowledge of the myth is not required.
You can download additional information about the workshop, a version of the myth, and a few suggestions for pre-workshop preparation, if you want to begin the process before we gather on September 25th.
These materials are resources-- you can do as much or as little as you want before the workshop.
The workshop fee is $35.
